Caner IV, 2027. The North Dodecanese.

Ten nights on Caner IV, from Bodrum to Marmaris. This is the route you wanted for 2026, when the weather kept us in Hisarönü Bay.

What we're weighing this against

  • Your week onboard Caner in 2026 came to €56,800 without tip: €42,000 charter fee, €4,167 VAT on the part you paid by transfer, and €10,633 spent from the €12,000 APA. The remaining €1,201 was returned to you.
  • The 2027 weekly rate is going up to €43,500. That is €1,500 more than the €42,000 you paid in 2026. The regular weekly rate for Caner IV is €48,125 plus VAT and fuel, so you stay on a discounted rate. This itinerary is longer, and for 10 nights the charter fee is €62,140.
  • Your discounts add up to about €21,800: €6,610 off the regular 10-night fee of €68,750, about €6,900 of fuel included (we estimate 3,940 litres for this route), and €8,261 of VAT saved, because VAT only applies to the amount you wire. If you wire €25,000 as last year, the VAT is €4,167 and the remaining €41,307 of the fee is paid in cash. On the full fee the VAT would be €12,428.
  • Greek entry formalities are done in Leros on day 2. We build the days around them so nothing feels rushed.

A short run of about 7 NM into Marmaris port, where you disembark.

An alternative ending

Symi can be two days instead of one. After Symi, the trip can continue to Rhodes and then Marmaris, replacing Bozburun, Serçe and Kadırga. It is shown as the grey dotted line on the map. Tell me if you would like me to work out the days and the numbers for it.
